讲授本科生课程《食品安全学》、《食品安全监督管理》。

科研工作:

主要研究方向为膳食源功能活性成分挖掘及其稳态化。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金(32001702),参与国家重点研发计划子课题及江苏省自然科学基金面上项目等省部级项目。指导学生获得优秀本科毕业论文1项,江苏省研究生科研与实践创新计划项目2项。
