主讲《食品毒理学》、《微生物学》和《分子营养学》等本科生和研究生课程。主持校级教改课题1项,发表教改论文3篇,指导国家级大学生创新训练项目5项,省级一般项目1项。

研究领域及方向:

分子营养与功能性食品。重点围绕食品中功能因子改善二型糖尿病和肥胖的作用及机制研究。
